What replaces the Analysis ToolPak in Google Sheets?

The Analysis ToolPak adds statistical and engineering functions in Excel. Google Sheets includes many stats functions natively; gaps use add-ons or Connected Sheets to BigQuery. Check function names before assuming ToolPak is required.

When to use it

Use built-in stats functions or add-ons when Excel ToolPak ran regressions or histograms.

When to skip it

Skip ToolPak ports when a pivot or QUERY already summarizes the sample you need.
