One interesting way that Google makes it very easy to share your sheet with people you've shared the sheet with is you can go to file email and you can do email collaborators. Now this is grayed out because in this file I have no collaborators, so let's add one here, private to only me. I've added somebody now. Now I can go to file email collaborators and it's gonna share with me who I can select viewer up here. And if I have editors and viewers that email, I can select all the editors and all the viewers or viewers or editors. I can also send myself a copy, but let's send it to everyone. Hi. Let's see. Send. And this is what the email looks like.

It has that message front and center. And a link to that exact sheet. So very easy to do, to email to only collaborators. I like this function . I like this ability to just email my collaborators in file email here, or email a file to anyone. But I like this email collaborators. You are watching better sheets here on YouTube.
