Okay, so we have a critical project and we need to get feedback from six specific people. Now, what we're gonna do is we want to say, is this a go and have it say green If everybody gives notes . Basically if everybody has filled in something in this B two to B seven, the six cells above B eight, then we wanna say, okay, let's go. But if. Some are blank and some have something we wanna say red and we gonna use conditional formatting for this.

Here we're gonna apply only to B eight. That's the range we're gonna apply to, and we're gonna change our format to custom formula .

So actually we wanna put not around this B two. And so we wanna take this B two surrounded by not put a comma, then copy paste it, then change the two to a three, add another 1, 4, 5. Six and then seven in parentheses, and you'll see that this actually works.

There is a actually much simpler solution here just to get some, and we'll create another conditional to say here's all of them, but basically we go equals count all or count A, and we're gonna count from B two to B seven.

So we add another rule and we change this one to green. We change the format . Rules to custom formula is and equals count all same range B two to B seven equals six.
