So, you have a list of data , maybe some names or some rows, and you want to filter by color . I'm going to show you how. It takes a few steps, so follow along. Here, I have IDs in one column and employee names in another column, and I've highlighted some, but I only want to see the ones that are highlighted, in this case, magenta. So, I'm going to select B and C columns. I'm going to go up to data . I'm going to create a filter . Now once I do that, I can click anywhere and I have this handy dandy filter right in the header row right next to employee name here in the C column. I have a little button and I can press that and I can sort A to Z. I can sort Z to A. I can even sort by color here. But I want to filter by color. And this in this case it's in the
fourth row. Filter by color . It's already selected none. But I want to you choose a fill color . already figured out the colors in my column. So, I'm going to just select magenta. And there you go. I'm filtering by color. Isn't the Isn't that cool? And if you don't want to see that anymore, there is a button here in the menu bar sort of icons, you can remove that filter .
