Here's how to divide in Google Sheets . We have some sales here per month. We wanna know how many sales do we have on average? Well, we could do the average formula , but let's just use divide. 'cause we have total here. We'll say sum is equal to all of this. We can do the divide formula can take 3 38 comma seven, and find the average there, or divide. There is another way we can divide and that's just taking the reference 3 38 and a slash divide by seven microphone. Another way we can do this is count all this is gonna count however many there are and we can add in front of it a sum of all of these.

And, and do that slash And now we have the sum of everything divided by the count of everything. And so this will update automatically as you add another month of sales.
