You just have to click on that and either select short answer where it gives you or gives the user the form filler. Just a little space to enter some text, but you can also click on this and ask them for a paragraph. So. Maybe it's tell me about something instead of, if you want something that's just sort of their name or email, just put in short answer and say name. If you already have a short answer and you want another one, you can click duplicate question and change this to email or whatever you're doing.
