These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Better Sheets website, courses, tools, add-ons, and related services (the "Service") operated by Better Sheets ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Better Sheets provides educational content, templates, tools, and software related to Google Sheets and spreadsheet workflows. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Paid products, memberships, and subscriptions are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase. We may change prices with notice for future billing periods.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to break security, scrape or overload our systems, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content only as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party products, including Google Workspace. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Educational content is for general information and is not professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Sheets will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not made a payment.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
